Launched in December 2014, Viva Football Magazine is the first ever magazine in India with hardcore football content. With the Indian sports industry driven by cricket and the media focusing more on cricket and less on football, we realized the need to launch a football centric product that would cater to the football fanatics in the country.
With the Indian Super League and I-League gaining fan following and Indian football growing in stature, Viva Football started with core coverage of Indian football with special features and interviews in its first edition. After successful 1 year of publishing football content and hitting newspaper stands in Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur in Maharashtra and other parts of the country like Bengaluru, Kolkata, Delhi, Chennai, Kerala and Goa, Viva Football magazine got its independent registration under the ‘Sports English Publications’ in India in January 2016.
Viva Football reporters and freelancers associated with it have covered the I-League, Indian Super League (ISL) and has also had the privilege of covering the English Premier League and Spanish LaLiga over the period of last 4 years. Viva Football magazine is also officially registered with Premier League and LaLiga for exclusive content access.
